Hestia Baking Company offers small batch, hand-shaped, naturally-leavened bread - bread baked using wild yeast starter, otherwise known as sourdough bread.

You can find their products every Saturday at Memorial Villages Farmers Market and at Friendswood Farmers Market every first Saturday of the month.
